After this step, we lead the call for tenders and the contract process of the different packages. Simultaneously, we contribute to the project and procurement risk analysis, which conduct to confirm the adequacy of project strategies.Finally, during the construction phase we ensure the fulfillment and honoring of contracts until project closure.Seeking high performance results, we surround ourselves with the best possible team, valued as much for their technical knowledge and as for their inter-personal skills. Our consultants are all specialists in procurement, and are used to working in project mode.
