The target market of the company is SME's all over the world which relies mainly on e-mail communication.The client-server and peer2peer structured unified communication solutions brought very different perspectives to the business email, fax, sms, file sharing, address sharing, task sharing issues in many ways.As a software developer, Phoenixnet kept a very warm relationship with its customer base in order to develop the collaboration suite.Apart from our over 4000 overseas corporate customers, we had a very close relationship with small number of Singapore based SME's. In order to understand their needs better , we also supported them with their various activites. Today, we are still improving our solutions and recruiting new customers in order to analyse their needs better for our systems.Our ultimate goal is to create an infocom system&culture that leads all kind of business processes to be independent from any type of infocom related process.
