Phone Caption is an FCC approved service that provides captioning for telephone calls for the hard of hearing. PhoneCaption supports normal phones to IP phones, and sends voice dialogue via text through the internet or your IP phone screen. The non hearing party receives captions to read what is being said. All you have to do is register your number with us, and you will receive your personal dedicated -800 number.
