The PHP User Group of the State of Santa Catarina (PHPSC) is a public entity founded byprofessionals in the IT area in 2007, which has among its participants: entrepreneurs, teachers, professional developers , students, and technology enthusiasts. Its purpose is to promote the use of PHP technology in throughout the state of Santa Catarina.
