PHAS is a phygital architecture design studio. We imagine and build complex systems that integrate the construction and installation of real-life objects and environments, and their augmented, virtual, multisensory counterparts.Despite its sparse circulation, the portmanteau phygital has quickly assumed a crucial role in the definition of a new frontier for the business of public and private space design and service integrations. The word indicates a crossover between physical and digital: this philosophy of liminality is well represented by our work at PHAS.
