Fondée en juin 2017, Physio Home Care® SA est une organisation de physiothérapie exclusivement dédiée au domaine de la rééducation/réadaptation fonctionnelle à domicile dans le canton de Vaud.Une offre qui vient relever les défis sociaux et économiques liés au vieillissement de la population.L'accueil des patients est instantané via une ligne dédiée gratuite (0800 PHY SIO). Un physiothérapeute attitré est alors déployé sous 24 à 72 heures.En 4 ans, nous avons accompagné 1700 patients et réalisés plus de 38000 séances de rééducation à domicile.
