It is built on top of an open source orchestration framework - Ansible.It helps in auto healing of IT incidents/tickets and automate the error prone manual repetitive IT operations.Picklebots can be triggered automatically based on the rules/selectors on fields of tickets/incident data. It can also be manually triggered at a push of button in our management app.Using our platform you can save significant amount of time for the engineers by automating repetitive alerts and decrease the Mean time to resolve the tickets for your customers.Other benefits includes having a multi-user platform where the IT operations can be safely delegated to the team member/users(without exposing server credentials) and have an audit log of infrastructure activities by them.More importantly the operational knowledge of an engineer can be converted into executable entities there by enabling easy sharing of knowledge across the team and reused within the company.
