The 300 hours of animation written, directed and/or produced by Xavier Picard include films for Jean Chalopin (Inspector Gadget), Hanna Barbera, Luc Besson (The Big Blue), Mamoru Ooshi (Ghost in the Shell). The films have been distributed to more than 100 countries by Avi Arad, Bohbot Int., Nippon Animation, TF1 Int. Xavier Picard founded in 2000 Pictak S.A.S. with the Japanese producer – Takashi, who is based in L.A. The company produces and co-produces animation films and series for worldwide markets and develops its own licences : « Pitstop », « Zigoto », « Ducky Ducks Drifting », « Everest », « Genius », « Jumbo Club », « It couldn't be worse ». Pictak S.A.S. works with overseas studios in Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan and Reunion Islands as well as with front line 3D and 2D studios in France.Xavier Picard is also a co-owner of Ramses2 in Paris. It's a post-production house specialized in editing, compositing, foley, SFX, mix and rendering of theatrical movies and TV-series.
