We are a property management company specialising in residential blocks and homes. We manage all services including cleaning, gardening, property maintenance, service charge collection, accounting and Fire and Health and Safety inspections. We are small enough to provide our clients with a personal but very professional service. We treat client funds with the same level of prudence that we give to our own funds. We are happy to build relationships with the contractors our clients currently use although we retain the services of a number of contractors that we personally vetted. The contractors that we use have regularly completed work to a high standard and at a reasonable cost. If a contractor no longer meets this criteria we would no longer use his services. Unlike a number of block management companies we aim to be proactive in the management of your block. We make regular site visits to inspect properties and feedback our observations regarding any Legal or Health & Safety issues.
