We have been re-shaping the minds and bodies of thousands, using contemporary Pilates methods and other modalities we consider part of the intelligent exercise family for over 5 years, right here in Highland Park NJ. We believe that creating a safe, comfortable, yet challenging and motivating environment is creating an invitation to success. And here...our success stories go beyond the physical. We also believe in the "evolution of exercise" which is why we choose to continuously educate ourselves and are not afraid of something new.
