Pilgrims Lettings is a family-run letting agency with numerous years experience in the local market. We are exclusively focused on residential lettings, no sales to distract us, and have been looking after client's properties since 1979. Although Pilgrims use advance software to assist in its management role, we apply traditional methods, no outsourcing, to ensure a smooth running of a tenancy. Both Directors, Sarah & Peter Horridge, are members of ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) and Pilgrims subscribe to ARLA's Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP) as well as being members of The Property Ombudsman for Lettings. Hopefully this further conveys our commitment to the lettings profession and provides assurance to both Landlords and Tenants that rents and deposits we receive are held in client accounts as well as being protected via the CMP scheme.
