Some of the services provided by our Board Certified Patient Advocates include assistance with navigating the healthcare system, resolving insurance issues, identifying clinical trials, accompaniment at appointments, medical bill review, hospital/long-term care beside services, finding wrap-around services, and more. Advocacy services through the Pillar Patient Advocates are also available to companies, as a service to their employees, on a retainer basis. Physician referrals are welcomed; please ask how advocacy services could improve patient outcomes and reduce re-admissions to hospitals.Pillar Patient Advocates is also recognized as a premier "behind the scenes" partner for many market research firms. Completely separate from the specific assistance listed above, PPA manages the patient, caregiver, NPOs, and HCP side of healthcare market research studies. We are known for finding patients with very rare diseases, as well as those with more common conditions, to provide their opinions and feedback to healthcare companies.
