Our Studio Piloga is the first Pilates studio in Dubai and the Middle East & Gulf Region to offer the Ron Fletcher movement work including Fletcher Towelwork®, Fletcher Floorwork®, and Fletcher Spine Corrector™ in addition to Matwork and Reformer work. Piloga is also the first studio to offer the Fletcher Pilates® teacher training program, the Fletcher Pialtes® Program of Study. Fletcher Pilates'® global presence spans from Singapore to Australia, London, Brazil, California, Kenya and now for the first time in Dubai. Experience movement in every Pilates or Yoga class at Piloga. Piloga is located in Business Bay's newest development by Dubai Properties, Bay Square, in the heart of Dubai Downtown. We are proud to be partners with: Lululemon, Hautletic, 2Birds Dubai, YApperal, Freshii and The Pantry Cafe. Also to have been features on Virgin Radio, Radio 1 and Women's Health Middle East.
