Established in 2013, Pilot Broker (China Pilot Aviation) Limited, is a flight crew leasing and human resources company with headquarters based in Shanghai. It specializes in the supply of qualified pilots and crew members to airlines in China. Broker has been working in partnership with Chinese airlines to cope with current and future manpower shortages as they are growing rapidly. As of May 2014, Broker has recruited 20 foreign pilots for Chinese Airlines. These pilots come from all over the world including North America, South America, Europe and Australia etc. Pilots Broker also assists with family and personal relocation services, child education, health insurance, and anything else our clients need during the transition. Pilot Broker is the most dedicated local pilot agent in China.
