Pilot Fitness is operated by a husband and wife duo: Joshua and Lauren Dils. Josh is an airline pilot for a regional airline and Lauren is a personal trainer with a BS in Health and Exercise Science. We have both completed our certificates in plant-based nutrition through the Dr. T. Collin Campbell Foundation in association with eCornell. Health and fitness has always been a top priority in our lives, in fact it is what drew us together in the first place. Together, we are combining our expertise in health, nutrition and exercise to share with you our experience in how to live a better life on the road.Between the free information on our website and the continual updates on our blog, our focus is to bring you all of the information, tricks, and tips we have picked up over the years. These have all been test proven, both on the road and in exercise. Whether you like to run, bike, swim, surf, ski/snowboard, climb, or just take the dogs out for a walk; we do all of the above and have you covered!That's what makes this so amazing!
