Pine Tree Projects is a boutique Central Highlands based project management consultancy firm which specialises in the planning and implementation of local community-based infrastructure projects. Founder Sonya Comiskey has extensive experience in the civil construction and building industry in addition to agricultural and business development. Pine Tree Projects has access to a range of highly experienced civil engineering, contract & project administration and construction quality inspection resources making them uniquely positioned to deliver full service project and program management services in Queensland's Central Highlands region.Our principal Project Manager Sonya Comiskey has previously been appointed to project management roles to successfully deliver: a) $4M Rundle Park Redevelopment, Central Queensland 2012-2014;b) $10M Emerald Aquatic Centre Upgrade, Central Queensland 2012-2014;c) $7M Blackwater Aquatic Centre Upgrade, Central Queensland 2013;d) Long-term decommissioning existing Blackwater Aquatic Centre, Central Queensland 2013-2014 , and;e) $600K Sapphire Gemfields Interpretive Trail project, Central Queensland 2016-2017.In addition, Sonya was appointed Project Advisor to project team to deliver:a) ~$15M proposed New Blackwater Aquatic Centre, Central Queensland 2013.Consultant appointed to carry out:a) Natural Disaster Relief & Recovery Arrangements (NDRRA) Program damage assessments for emergent works to essential public infrastructure for Maranoa Regional Council, Queensland on behalf of Disaster Management Australia (DMA) following the 2011 flood event.Tender preparation services for Central Queensland business clients primarily working in the infrastructure construction & maintenance sector and aiming to secure government work.
