We created Pineapple Yoga with the idea of OTHERS in mind. We know how hard life can be – whether it's because of a military move or deployment, not feeling like you fit in or really belong anywhere, or that you just don't have something that is truly yours – a space that's your own. We wanted to create a space that was WARM, WELCOMING, and COZY. A place where we can PRACTICE together – to know and UNDERSTAND ourselves (breath + movements of the body) so well that we realize HOME is wherever we are on our mats. To be mystified by this ancient practice as we learn with an understanding that we won't be able to know it all in 1 lifetime. To understand that when we do all of this TOGETHER, we create MAGIC.
