Maggie Forsythe, President of Pinnacle Commercial Cleaning, Inc., initially started a residential cleaning company in 1995. The company entered commercial cleaning when a client asked if we would clean their office building. One thing led to another, and eventually the company evolved into working exclusively on commercial properties. These humble beginnings have served the company well! Being residentially trained in a commercial market gave us the edge in quality. A consistent comment we here from customers is that we do a thorough and more detailed job then they are used to.The owner has applied her formal training in Human Resources and Corporate Franchise Training to develop a solid operation. We have created consistent systems, procedures and training, so that the attention to detail inherent to residential cleaning would be reproduced again and again in the commercial arena.Another shift occurred in the company when a family member was diagnosed with leukemia. Stunned by the research, a deep awareness of the link between our environment and our health was made apparent. This stirred a desire for our company to create a healthy footprint wherever we work. So, we now use non-toxic, non-acidic, biorenewable and "Green Seal Certified" products, as well as equipment that improves air quality and true cleanliness.
