Piritahi, which means ‘coming together' in Te Reo, is an alliance of companies specialising in aspects of civil design and construction. Combining our expertise and resources, we're streamlining land development - laying the groundwork for neighbourhoods that are better to live in and homes that are more affordable.Over the next five years we'll be delivering $750m worth of civil design and construction for Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities' large-scale urban developments. We're removing old state houses no longer fit for purpose, remediating land, designing and constructing future-ready infrastructure and amenity, and looking after the communities we're working in as we go. We're delivering build-ready land at scale and pace, making way for new warm, dry housing in Auckland.
