Hi, I'm Teresa Yu…coffee drinker, lover of the outdoors, adventurer. I wouldn't call myself an adrenaline junkie, but I have my pirate ancestors to thank for my adventurous spirit. Because discovering new places sets my soul on fire, I will climb mountains and cross oceans to photograph fun people in love with life's great adventure.I believe there is beauty in every moment, and a range of emotions must be documented in order to tell the story of who you truly are. Creating images that trigger memories of the feelings you had in those authentic moments is important to me. It brings me great joy to know I get to give you something tangible yet so invaluable to keep forever.When I'm not out photographing and documenting moments, or creating resiliency programs that empower and provide creative healing, I am an enthusiastic camp counselor at a camp for children and families affected by childhood cancer. This side of me shines through during our photo sessions, and helps me connect with your children, family, and friends quickly and authentically. My family of clients like to call this approach "magic."
