PIVOT works with suppliers of Metcash as part of their VMI program to streamline end to end inventory management.Based on site at the customer's head office, we deal directly with the Replenishment & Buying teams regarding demand planning, inventory, logistics, aged and short code stock, missed deliveries and rebookings. We regularly review and maintain data integrity for the supplier's portfolio and align forecasts to maximise on shelf availability during key activities and events.Working on site provides more opportunity to work collaboratively with the customer and build strong relationships with key stakeholders that assist in aligning goals for both businesses.Our objective is to build efficiencies within the portfolio and maximise your sales potential through planning and execution.PIVOT currently offers the below services:- Ongoing portfolio management- Relief / backup cover- Training & development- Consultation
