A love affair with American style beers, too much home brewing experience and the need to get out of the office and start doing what we love saw Pixel Brewing Co established in May 2013.Pixel Brewing Co is a gypsy brewing company based in Sydney producing American Style craft beers brewed in seriously small batches using only malt, water, hops & yeast. All Pixel beers are unfiltered, un-pasteurised, keg/bottle conditioned and full of flavour. Pixel Brewing Co is presently brewing under contract at HopDog BeerWorks & Batch Brewing Co until a suitable location for our own brewing facility can be found.The name Pixel Brewing Co was born of time (mis)spent working in the IT industry by founder & brewer Kieran Allen.
