So many people dive right into a workout program, put in a ton of effort, and then… a few weeks later, start to fall off. Lose motivation and confidence, and eventually end up right where they started.My clients are different. My clients hit daily, weekly, monthly goals. My clients do their workouts, because I make it fun and can 100% guarantee results. My clients work hard, but also take time off. My clients will train four days, and take three off. This is because my philosophy is not a transaction "pay for an hour — see you next week" style of training. I hold my clients accountable, daily. I give them programs to follow, through my custom app, and am constantly changing them as the need arises. And I'm always there to get them back on track, as soon as they start to fall off.
