P&L Consulting began as a simple idea for William and Morgan while they attended business school together. Working for several startups in the community, they gained experience with all facets of starting a company, particularly with regards to market research and fundraising. Highly involved in the entrepreneurial community of Orlando, it was apparent to each of them that the potential for something big to happen in this city was there. However, something was missing. With a huge array of sophisticated companies and the high quality talent to support them, why wasn't Orlando a booming entrepreneurial haven? With that question at the heart of their mission, William and Morgan realized that, many times, new companies simply do not have the support they need to achieve market readiness. Utilizing first-hand experience, William and Morgan decided to become part of the solution by providing the necessary elements that propel a startup to growth and success.
