The existing placement system, as we know of, is fragmented; there is very little visibility amongst the entities involved, the processes are inept and disorganized. This, in effect, translates into losses for everyone involved – Students may lose out on prospective job opportunities, colleges may lose out on getting more of its students placed and companies may lose out on getting the best candidates. Having realized this, we started to develop a solution to address these problems and came up with a system based on the very simple philosophy - "more opportunities for all".
