Data Base : Due to our continues and ongoing recruitment our Data Base is updated daily with highly skilled candidates. Advertising : We make extensive use of both National and Regional Internet sites and the National recruitment Press to replenish our data base daily. Reference checks : These are done during the initial stages prior to the interview to authenticate the candidates experience and assess compatibility with your staff and operational requirements.Criminal and credit Vetting : We are able to do pre employment criminal and credit vetting through various credit bureau's and the AFIS system, turnaround for this is 48 hours from fingerprints unless illicit activity is detected. If illicit activity is detected it could take up to 6 months for the full report. CV's : These are drawn up after suitable candidates have been identified and interviewed and are presented to our clients for their initial review and comments. Interview : This takes place once you have approved three or four of our candidates based on their CV's.
