PlacementWorks is a non-profit job placement organization for individuals with disabilities. Our accessibility to fantastic incentive programs such as the On the Job Training (OJT) makes PlacementWorks a unique agency working for the greater good in our community. PlacementWorks is one of two Tampa Bay agencies selected to direct a pilot program whereby employers can hire employees who are disabled on a 90-day program. The wages for the employee as well as the Workers Compensation are all paid for by PlacementWorks. Should the employer decide to keep the employee the employer is also then eligible for a tax incentive of approximately $2,400 per employee or more. There are other incentives for hiring these highly motivated workers. Job coaching, training, tools, and even uniforms can be a part of the program, depending on eligibility.
