Plaksha Technology Leaders Program (formerly known as Tech Leaders Fellowship) is a 1 year, post-graduate, residential program, in partnership with UC Berkeley. This program goes beyond equipping graduates and working professionals with deep technical skills. It introduces them to, and instills in them, an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills thus enabling them to take on challenging and rewarding roles in technology driven businesses. This 1 year transformational program has been designed to create tech leaders who will lead organizations, build path-breaking ventures and help solve real world challenges for India and the world.TLP is built on four intertwined threads: Data Science coursework (AI and ML, design and systems thinking), Real-world projects (Challenge Labs and Capstone Projects), Guest Sessions by domain experts, business leaders and entrepreneurs, and Leadership and Mentorship. Faculty are from top-notch global institutions including UC Berkeley, Purdue University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Michigan, Microsoft, Google and more.
