PLAN ZERO is an association of dedicated city practitioners with municipal experience founded around the shared mission of speeding up cities' transformation to net zero. PLAN ZERO aims to realise its goal by supporting municipalities and city leaders in progressing their communities towards net zero. PLAN ZERO focuses on sharing and exchanging knowledge around the practical aspect of delivering urban transformations, highlighting the importance of process and project management.Founders of PLAN ZERO have gathered extensive experience in transforming neighbourhoods - from setting out the vision for change, working as a central unit leading a large collaborative process - to getting streets turned into green shared spaces, many new parks built - getting neighbourhoods completely transformed.
