Planet4Solutions was founded by Neil Condon and Pat Crawford who, as senior executives with the leading multinational IT companies, have many years experience in designing, delivering and managing mission critical services to large organisations and companies in both Ireland and in several international markets. It was as consumers and users of IT ourselves that we found that proactive, enterprise level service was not available to the consumers or to small and home based businesses in Ireland. Most large organisations, who spend millions on IT each year, manage their IT by proactively identifying and tracking issues, before they become major problems, thus avoiding severe outages. However, this quality of service was not available to consumers or to small businesses at an affordable price. With this in mind, we founded Planet4Solutions, we invested in and developed the innovative support solution called MARS. Now, for less than a cup of coffee per week we offer you this service which proactively monitors and supports your PC environment. We have also added a range of other services to add real value to the individual user and small business. We believe in making technology work for you. We want to make IT more productive and easier for you, the user, to use and we want you to be able to rely on your IT by avoiding unnecessary problems.
