P&E is a small consulting firm that works nationally with State, Local, and Federal grants which support many different projects - emergency management, construction of community safe rooms, education, conservation, environment, and much more. Services we are able to offer extend beyond the development of grant applications to include environmental assessments at the required level of review and the management of the awarded grant. Clients include local governments, public school districts, architecture and engineering firms, non-profit groups, and private individuals.
