It also quantifies the presence or absence of competitive advantage. The feedback is highly reliable as the participation percentage averages 94%. The feedback is used to enhance organisational performance at both a strategic and operational level. WorkgroupsThe Towards Ten Thousand workgroup performance accelerator measures how well members of the same workgroup work together and in collaboration with other workgroups.These feedback surveys are a key element of the Wagon Wheel Way Enterprise Operating Platform, a unique model that integrates the complete operational cycle from planning and execution to monitoring, measuring adapting and revising.
