Brand Triniflex ® is a trade name of plastic films family produced in our department. We produce: - cast polypropylene film cPP Triniflex®, - cast poly(ethylene terephthalate) cPET Triniflex® (amorphous), - cast poly(lactic acid) cPLA Triniflex®, A common feature of our products is that they are non-oriented thin films. They are made by extrusion of plastics melt onto a chill roll (cast method). Manufactured in Plastic Films Department of Chemical Works NITRO-CHEM films have got excellent processability parameters, enabling to meet the requirements of the fastest and most modern in the European and World market, processing and packaging machines. Since 2011, we conduct intensive research and development, which result is innovative achievements in the application of films. Developing, creative recipes has allowed us to expand our product range. Now beside the films for standard applications, we are able to develop and successfully introduce the most demanding markets new, specialized and advanced materials. Modern technology and highly automated machines can produce an annual capacity of the order of 4500 tones of film thickness from 12 to 250 microns for the production of packaging and laminates. Investing in high-class production line of German company Reifenhäuser, high quality of products and creative at the highest level guarantee us success and the possibility of continuous and vibrant development and self-improvement. Majority of products conform EU regulations for food-contact. All quality and food-safety aspects of our products confirmed by BRC-IoP certified system.
