Platinum Ventures is a Texas-based, private real estate investment company focused on buying and selling real estate notes to produce above-average, safe and consistent returns for our partners. We specialize in the acquisition of non-performing 1st lien residential mortgage notes (NPN) across the United States, providing lending institutions, hedge funds, banks and other owners of non-performing assets with liquidity and balance sheet relief. Our strategy is to purchase these mortgage notes at a fraction of fair market value. As a private investment company, Platinum Ventures can offer a number of solutions for distressed borrowers (homeowner or investor) not available to them with banks and other lending institutions. Our primary strategy is to work with them to offer a loan modification solution that turns the note back into a performing loan, producing a positive outcome for all involved. Other strategies involve taking back the property from the borrower, allowing them to move on with their lives. We have a number of different exist strategies available to generate profits, including flipping the note, taking back the property (via a deed-in-lieu, cash-for-keys or foreclosure) to either sell or rent, or keeping the loan once it is performing again. We also buy distressed single-family homes outright in the Dallas Fort-Worth area; which we repair and update to produce superior quality living residences, and then make available to qualified tenants for lease to produce monthly cash flow.
