Up till now rostering staff has been a time consuming and costly.Platoon – Online Staff Rostering solves these problems by automating the time consuming parts of managing a roster and for a fraction of the cost of off the shelf software packages.How does Platoon work?The main feature of Platoon is that the building of the roster is automated, this is done of the back of the template that is created by the client and their staff who submit their availabilities online. Once the deadline is reached no more availabilities can be submitted click the build roster button and it's done for you.How much does it cost?We have 3 levels of pricing which are FREE for a client with 5 staff members, $25/month for 10 staff member account then pay-as-you-use $2.50/month per staff account. You can adjust the number of staff members each month as your workflow increases or decreases.Do you have to sign a contract?Platoon is a Software as a Services(Saas) application, you subscribe online and pay a small monthly fee, no contract to sign and you can cancel your account at any time.Who uses it?Anyone that has to manage a casual or part-time work force easily and efficiently, currently Platoon is being used mainly by Pub's, Bar's, Retail outlets, Restaurants and Call Centers.How many staff can it handle?Platoon can handle as many staff as you like due to being able to design your own template, Platoon will grow with your business no matter how big you get. Conversely Platoon works well for any size business for the same reason.Can I build fortnightly and monthly rosters?Platoon roster templates are built using a 7 day week but you can request availabilities from your staff many weeks or months in advance if you are that organized Platoon can handle it.
