Playgrounds was formed to bring people back to that place where they can release all their inhibitions and be like kids again. Instead of the swings and jungle gyms, people use the Playstations, Nintendos and X-boxes as their virtual playgrounds. The goal of Playgrounds is to create interaction between Gamers of all kinds and to encourage social gatherings instead of just playing with each other online. We're making it known that video games is not just a hobby but a lifestyle. That it is accepted in many different cultures, genres and ages. In this arena, gamers of all facets can get to know each other and be part of a culture much like the Hip Hop world we know today. We encourage friendly competition where one can test their skills against another gamer and teach and learn from each other. We want to bring the feeling of the old arcade battles back to the home consoles and ring in a new age of gaming that has been forgotten.
