NCF based CurriculumWe offer a specialised curriculum for day care centres, playgroups and nurseries that are not following an outcome based curriculum. Our curriculum is based on incidental learning, that focus on providing children ample opportunities to play, and explore. We believe in providing children with opportunities to satisfy their natural curiosity to want to explore and learn. Developing skills in a playful manner, when the child is ready and eager to learn is the key to encourage lifelong learning in children. Our curricula are developed within the context of practical themes, to make learning fun for the teacher and the child, by providing a complete lesson plan with activities and learning outcomes handy in one document. We focus on materials and resources readily available, and encourage up-cycling of materials in our activities. Our curricular includes assessments and progress report, and highlights red flags in each developmental phase. Yet, our play curriculum allows each child to develop at his/her own pace. Our age groups are 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4. (Includes year-, term-, week- and day planning.)Our comprehensive lesson plans forms part of our curriculum. These lesson plans contain activities and developmental milestones, or learning outcomes. Our lesson plans will guide you through your day, taking the hours of planning out of your day. Now you can enjoy more time teaching and exploring with the children.Training and Short CoursesWe have a variety of short courses or workshops available to address various topics within the Early Childhood Spectrum. Our practical 3-4 hour workshops are presented at our training centre in the east of Pretoria.Move-Learn-Win (Integration Programme)We offer a researched school-readiness programme that addresses all areas of development.
