PlayWorks is a design company established in 2013 specialized in personalizing spaces whether for work or play. Founder Mayssa Al Ghawas is a furniture designer and an interior decorator that focuses on creating customized pieces and personal spaces for the youth and youth at heart. Studies in environmental therapy show a strong connection between people 's feelings, success, stress levels or health and the spaces they occupy. A rightly designed space can change a kid's confidence level or personality or an adult 's day after work. The space can ultimately become one's haven that is why Mayssa along with the PlayWorks' team is passionate about reflecting the clients' personalities, wishes and dreams all in one space. Being a kid at heart, a former art teacher, cartoonist and a cartoon illustrator, Mayssa 's work has distinctive youthfulness and whimsical touches. She is the proud founder of PlayWorks & Mine Co.and a happy mother of three.
