Pledges for Change is a youth-led not-for-profit organization with a single mandate: to create a world where young people feel motivated to be core contributors to the social well-being of their communities. Since 2013, we've been on a mission to strengthen youth volunteerism across Canada and around the world.We design, develop, and deliver youth-oriented, capacity-building experiences that enable and empower young people to tackle the world's greatest social challenges - over 5,000 young people have participated in our programming, collectively volunteering 27,000+ hours of service. Using our tested three-phased approach, we work with leading organizations across the private, public and social sectors to explore new methods of youth volunteer engagement and retention, and share our findings with not-for-profit communities globally.
