Plemmons Industries was founded in 1965 by Jim Plemmons. With the help of his sons and daughter the company has been building in the Seattle Area for 50 +years. There are three divisions within the company that handle the commercial, residential and development real estate. We currently manage several of our commercial properties including Central Park 10, Plemmons Industrial Park, and Crossgate Shopping Center. Our residential division supervises Teresa Terrace, located on the East Hill featuring single family ramblers. Our land development division is constantly working on multiple land deals spanning from Gig Harbor to Kent. The company will continue its legacy with strong family leadership and continuing the vision Jim shaped all those years ago.
