Plico Design Studio is a small Architecture, Heritage and Research studio located in Port Melbourne.Founded by Architect Angus R. Wallace and Researcher Yasmine L. Wallace PhD in 2016, in order to collaborate on projects, and bring our passion of Architecture, Heritage and Art together.Our portfolio features key projects under Heritage, Residential, Commercial and Education. Adaptive Reuse is a key tenet of our concept design strategy, that promotes sustainable design, and enables a building to be repurposed for contemporary reuse.We bring in a variety of fun and unusual projects, such as the Southern Corroboree Frog Disco at Melbourne Zoo, or the new State of the Art Shearing Shed for Lal Lal Estate in Victoria. We are passionate about Heritage Architecture, and providing a sensitive design that brings the past into the future, without compromising on the features that make the building historically significant.
