Corporate HistoryAfter 30 years of working for other carriers, the late Arthur Pliaconis saw a need in the market and developed a clear vision for the industry. In the mid 70's he started his moving and storage company, consisting of a single truck and rented trailer. In 1982 Plycon was incorporated. Today the company, run by his sons David, Dean and Chris, has grown to include 150 trucks and 11 locations coast to coast. Plycon is considered the premiere blanket wrap carrier in the furniture industry. We specialize in high-end furniture, antiques and provides complete logistic solutions for the fine furniture industry.As your logistics partner in the transportation industry, our objective is to continue to help you grow by custom tailoring our services to your needs and helping to simplify complicated tasks.Mission StatementOur philosophy from conception, Providing pickup and delivery for our clients in a courteous, professional and cost effective manner, and deliver their goods on time and damage free.
