The Plymouth Language Program works to connect the Lawrence,KS community through language and multicultural education, promoting respect and understanding.We provide free English classes with free childcare on a regular and ongoing basis, in order to contribute to the access English language learners have to support and English practice; as well as provide the opportunity for conversation partners to learn from English language learners so that cross-cultural, class, and linguistic barriers are replaced with understanding and respect through shared dialogue and experiences. We also provide Spanish classes.MISSION: To serve and connect the community through the promotion of multiculturalism; language education; and citizenship, both at home and in the world.
