POEAG Organization Details
Conventional and digital printing using ‘smart' materials is a technological domainthat can be applied in several industrial fields. Recognizing theincreasing importance of printed electronics, a team of academics,researchers, and industrialists decided to set up P.O.E.A.G (PrintedOrganic Electronic Association in Greece). P.O.E.A.G. is an organizationthat will be active in the following fields:-introducing and making aware the field of printed electronics in theacademic and industrial communities;-exploring the synergetic potential of the domain (potentially leading toclustering);-participating in relevant R.T.D.I. (Research, Technological Developmentand Innovation) projects;-publishing newsletter;-engaging with any third party providing technical expertise;-undertaking consultancy work in existing industrial production chain(audit, design, prototype-sampling, evaluation).We believe that printed electronics is a ‘sunrise' industry and willcontinue its feverish pace of development and improvement. To that, ourcollective experience ensures that P.O.E.A.G's output will be up-to-dateand up-to-standard.
