Point Builders is tacitly equipped to take on sprawling commercial jobs. In fact, the way our company is designed, from our professional in-house engineers, our architectural design team, crack CAD department, and bevy of reliable and respected subcontractors-you are hard-pressed to find another Class A General Contractor that is more knowledgeable and assembled to take on your commercial endeavor. In the past, we've constructed innumerable sites ranging from full-scale restaurants to multi-use office parks and shopping centers. Given our dual nature and advantage as a general contractor and civil engineering firm, we've not only been able to do the engineering designs and site developments ourselves but produce our own plans in-house without the inconvenience of relaying and reworking designs back and forth with an outside company, an unnecessary step that plagues all other general contractors. Due to our experience in the world of construction, we are also extremely well-informed and prepared when it comes to obtaining and clearing permits with local municipalities. Our staff has gone to great lengths forging strong personal relationships between the Southwest Water Management District, Department of Transportation, and other regulatory agencies in but not limited to: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Orange, Citrus, Polk, Seminole, Highlands and Sarasota.
