Point East E-Learning is a privately held company built in partnership with Navigator Technologies Inc. The Company's origins stem from a deep rooted background in education, safety training and related technology and integration services. The integration of technology into the learning environment has led to the design and development of education programs designed to deliver authentic online learning experiences. Navigator Technologies Inc. (and the principals former organization, MicroNet Information Systems Limited) have completed the largest Canadian Federal/Provincial government initiative to integrate technology into the learning environment. Point East has worked with companies to develop a broad range of safety courses and was the first organization in North America to offer WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) online, which has been very successful to date.PointEast is a response to pressing educational challenges facing today's corporations which far exceeds old expectations and as such the need to deliver corporate learning on-time, in context and as needed has become paramount.
