Since 1975, Point of Beginning, also known as POB, has been serving the surveying and mapping profession as an informative national publication. In recent years, we've added electronic media including eNewsletters, a comprehensive website and digital magazines. We also host the popular professional community, www.RPLS.com, and the new site for converging geospatial technologies, www.GeoDataPoint.com. As our mission states, we are dedicated to helping the geomatics industry succeed through our coverage of new applications and evolving technologies, practical solutions to surveying and mapping problems, and business, legal and educational issues. BNP Media publishes POB 12 times per year with its main distribution in the United States.
