So over time, we can design a personalized menu for them that will best suit them as an individual or company. It's about more than an exchange of money for cigars; it's about friendships. We give our customers full service, time in and time out. We don't just tell our customers go pick out a cigar. We offer every customer help. If they would like our help; we walk them through the entire ordering process. If a customer visits our factory, we treat them as family. We also ask questions to learn and understand their specific tastes. As individuals, we are all different and the palate is subjective. It's just like anything; food, clothes, wine, color. We all have different tastes. The difference is we care about that taste and we work with the customer to match them up with the cigar that will give them the best experience regardless of what our customer spends.
