Founded in 2011, Group Polar (formerly Polar Manufacturing) is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 and the automotive standard IATF 16949:2016. Using advanced prepreg composite materials, we design and manufacture lightweight structural, non-structural and cosmetic components for the automotive, medical, defence, marine, recreational and specialist industry sectors. Bespoke commissions run alongside volume production. Our dedicated facility in Norwich, Norfolk encompasses all aspects of engineering and manufacturing utilising carbon fibre and composite materials. We have many years' experience in providing our services of carbon fibre tooling and component manufacture, design, CNC mill machining, spray coating and 3D laser scanning. Our knowledgeable and friendly team will work with you attentively throughout the development of a new project to ensure it is a success.
