With 40 years of cumulative experience in logistics and supply chain management, we have designed a new approach towards PSM support. A shift was required to adapt to both logistics challenges and donor requirements, and we are delighted to present our flexible and unique approach, enabling a continuous and comprehensive support according to your needs. POLE PSM proposes a thorough and comprehensive approach and methodology that takes the ‘best of both worlds': combining a deep public health sector understanding with a fresh private sector approach.Our concept is based on three elements:Online support: Through a secured and dedicated supply chain platform, MOH and organizations will have access to online services and remote support. This will provide not only targeted support but also permit the establishment of a long-term relationship where required, avoiding the costs associated to sending consultants to the country. The organizations or Ministries will simply have to describe their needs and POLE PSM will provide appropriate response and resources online, through a personalized approach.On site deployment: As per the classical consultancy model, we also offer a range of PSM services that we will tailor to your specific needs.A balanced mixed of international and local expertise: We recognize the benefits of involving local or regional resources as a key for sustainable success in your respective programs.
